This policy explains how Khemisstry memberships renew, how to cancel, and our approach to refunds.

1. Auto-renewal

Standard and Premium memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price, until you cancel.

2. How to cancel

You can cancel anytime from Profile → Manage subscription, which opens your secure billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep your membership benefits until the end of the current billing period.

3. Free trial

If your membership starts with a free trial, you won't be charged during the trial period. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being billed. Unless cancelled, the membership converts to a paid plan when the trial ends.

4. Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable, and cancelling stops future charges rather than refunding the current period, except:

• where a refund is required by applicable law; or
• at our discretion, for example a clear billing error or duplicate charge.

Promotional and discounted purchases may be non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll review it.
